He excels in Talent Acquisition strategy and operations; additionally, he has enjoyed years of success in a combination of Capture, Relationship & Account Management roles. For six years, Michael provided talent acquisition advisory support to aid a Global Fortune 25 FinTech in understanding the trade-offs between traditional staffing, consulting and onshore managed services with an aim of increasing capability while managing cost, delivery and risk.

Michael graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland, College Park Scholar's program with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy. His passions include making people laugh, traveling to build life-long memories with family and friends, a wide range of music, and mountain biking.
